General Policy Terms

• Receipt or proof of purchase required for all returns/exchanges
• Approved refunds issued in original form of payment
• Exchanges subject to availability
• Danger Arms LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without refund

Firearm Sales

All firearm sales conducted by Danger Arms LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any firearm once the transfer process has been completed.

Due to the nature of federal and state regulations governing firearm transactions, all firearms that have been transferred to a customer are considered used and cannot be returned to inventory as new merchandise.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Assistance

If a firearm is found to have a defect or malfunction attributable to the manufacturer, Danger Arms LLC will assist the customer in facilitating communication and resolution with the appropriate manufacturer or distributor. This may include:

• Providing manufacturer contact information
• Assisting with warranty claim procedures
• Coordinating shipment instructions when applicable

All repairs, replacements, or warranty determinations are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Inspection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inspecting the firearm prior to completion of the transfer. By completing a transfer, the customer acknowledges:

• The firearm has been inspected and accepted in its current condition
• The firearm is considered used upon transfer and cannot be returned as new
• Ownership and all responsibility transfer fully to the purchaser

Background Checks & Transfer Fees

• Background check fee: $25 (Nevada state fee)
• Private Party Transfers (PPT): Patriotic Duty (no charge)
• Transfer fee: $10 per two (2) firearms received same day

All fees are non-refundable.

Ammunition Policy

Ammunition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, regardless of business days.

To Qualify For A Return Or Exchange

• Ammunition must be unused and in original packaging
• Packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition

Not Accepted For Return Or Exchange

• Ammunition that has been loaded into a firearm or magazine
• Ammunition with damaged packaging
• Ammunition that shows any signs of use, handling, or tampering
• Any condition that renders the product unsuitable for resale

Accessories Policy

Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of business days.

To Qualify For A Return Or Exchange

• The item must be in resalable condition
• The item must include original resalable package and contents
• The item must have been used or attempted to be used properly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
• The item must not show signs of misuse, neglect, or damage

Danger Arms LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product shows evidence of misuse, improper installation, modification, or damage.

Training & Courses

All training sales are non-refundable.

• Must be completed within 1 year of purchase unless otherwise stated
• Some online courses may not expire but remain non-refundable
• Unlimited rescheduling allowed prior to expiration

Failure to complete within time frame results in forfeiture of training and funds.

Layaway Policy

Purchase

• Minimum purchase amount: $300 (excluding fees)
• Required deposit: 20% of total purchase price
• Layaway fee: $20 (non-refundable)
• Payment period: 120 days

Terms

• If not paid in full within 120 days, all funds are forfeited and non-refundable
• Customer may cancel at any time before expiration and receive a refund of payments minus the fees below

• $10 cancellation fee
• $20 layaway fee (non-refundable)

Product Availability

• Items are not ordered until layaway is paid in full
• All layaways are subject to product availability
• If item is unavailable, customer may wait or apply funds to another product
• Layaway remains refundable until the item is ordered
• Cancellation fee and layaway fee still apply if layaway is paid

Danger Arms LLC is not liable for manufacturer delays, shortages, or discontinuations.

Consignment Policy

• $15 intake fee per item (non-refundable)
• Commission: 15% of final sale price (deducted from payout)
• 120-day term

Extension requires additional $15 fee.

Early Cancellation

• $10 cancellation fee
• $25 background check fee (waived with valid Nevada CCW permit)

Used & Consigned Firearms

All used and consigned firearms are sold as is.

Danger Arms LLC Assumes No Responsibility For

• Defects
• Malfunctions
• Damage
• Warranty claims

Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for any potential warranty service, returns, or exchanges. Danger Arms LLC may assist as a courtesy but accepts no legal or financial responsibility for used or consigned items.

Danger Arms LLC Is Not Responsible For

• Market fluctuations
• Failure of item to sell
• Pricing outcomes

Limitation Of Liability

Danger Arms LLC is not liable for injury, death, or damages resulting from use, misuse, transfer, or handling of any product or service.

Customers assume all responsibility upon purchase or transfer.

Right To Refuse Service

Danger Arms LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or deny sales at any time for any lawful reason, without obligation to provide explanation.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Danger Arms LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Use or misuse of any product purchased
• Violation of any law or regulation
• Negligent or unlawful conduct involving purchased items

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Nevada jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Danger Arms LLC and supersede all prior communications.
